Refund Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026 · Operated by Alien Stagecraft LLC

1. The Headline

Full refund within 30 days of a charge. No questions asked.

If Alien Poker Club is not what you wanted, tell us inside the window and we will give you your money back. You do not need a reason, and we will not make you sit through a retention pitch.

2. What Is Covered

The policy covers the $25 annual Premium subscription — both the initial charge when you first subscribe and each annual renewal charge after that.

That is the only thing we ever charge for. There are no other purchases on the site: chips are play money, cannot be bought, and have no monetary value, so there is nothing else to refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on the account, and include the date of the charge you want refunded. That is the whole process — no form, no ticket number.

Sending it from the account’s own address is how we confirm it is really you; if you no longer have access to that address, say so and we will find another way to verify you.

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card, to a bank account, or as store credit.

Once we issue the refund, the money typically appears on your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. That part is out of our hands.

4. Canceling vs. Refunding

These are two different things, and most people want the first one:

  • Canceling stops the next annual renewal. You keep Premium access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can cancel yourself from your account page at any time.
  • Refunding returns your money and ends Premium access immediately. Your account drops back to the free tier and its 25-hands-per-day limit.

So if you just do not want to be billed again next year, cancel — you lose nothing you have paid for. Ask for a refund only if you want the charge itself reversed.

5. After the Window

Outside the 30-day window we are under no obligation to refund anything. But we would rather be fair than be technically correct, so email us anyway if something genuinely went wrong — for example:

  • You were billed twice for the same period.
  • You were charged for a renewal and never used the account during that term.
  • The service was broken or unusable for a meaningful stretch of your subscription.

We look at these case by case. A decision on one request is not a promise about the next one.

If we ever shut the service down entirely while you hold a paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion of your term without you having to ask.

6. Renewal Reminders

We do not want anyone surprised by an annual charge. Before each renewal we send a reminder email to the address on your account, approximately 30 days in advance, telling you the date and the amount. Your renewal date and the amount are also always visible on your account page, and you can cancel any time before renewal.

Please keep your email address current so we can reach you about the account. See section 4 for what canceling does and does not do.

7. Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or believe it was a mistake, please email us first at [email protected]. We can almost always sort it out the same day, and a direct refund reaches you faster than a bank dispute does.

Chargebacks cost us fees and take weeks to resolve. We may suspend an account with an open or completed chargeback until the matter is settled. We are not trying to be difficult about this — one email is genuinely quicker for both of us.
